This is a practice page where I list exercises that can be done to live a better life. I believe these exercises should have to taught to us human alongside learning ABC and 123. Yet, it’s never to late to start practicing them. If you interest in this world is being at peace with who you are and creating a better reality for yourself, I believe these practices are essential. Pick one, master it and go to the next. Better yet, pick one, spend at least three(3) months with it and move to the next.
Practice inner thinking i.e. do not let your thoughts be influenced by anything outside or anything you can see, feel, touch, taste, smell. Enjoy the physical reality but don’t let it influence the way you think, rather, have original thoughts. Be creative and not reactive.
